Starving myself is definitely not the problem. I'm eating more than enough. We are now trying to switch to low GI carbs for example brown pasta, seed bread and brown or wild rice. It is actually not so bad once you get used to it.
Maybe I expect too much from my weight loss. Maybe the weight I am is the weight I should be. Can't really say I'm fat - my clothes are not hanging from my hips anymore and that is what is bothering me!
