Surita Wrote:Last week - 4 spinning classes, 3 x 45 minutes and 1 x 90 minutes and one weight training session.Surita. I consulted a personal trainer last night, as despite 4 spinning classes a week, and haveing cut down on the alcohol and the food by quite a considerable degree, I am still not losing weight.
On the eating front - no chips (my vice in life) and drinking only water and rooibos tea.
This week so far - two spinning classes one after the other. One super circuit session.
Eating - I had a bit of a meltdown this afternoon and finished a big bag of Ghost pops.
Total weight loss - NOTHING!!!!!!!
I'm obviously doing something wrong!
Please help!
He stated that the spin classes are purely cardo-vascular, they build up you heart and lungs. In order to lose weight, you need to invest time and spend 45 minutes to an hour working with a heart rate of no more than 125 (cross trainer/cycle and treadmill will be good for this. Then you should start seeing some weight loss.
