Africa Week

As you might have read I am involved in Africa Week. We are actually concentrating on Uganda but also including other aspects of Africa. The reason we have chose Uganda is that we are currently building links with a school there.

As a finale to the week, I have offered to try and create some traditional "african food" for the staff. Don't worry I am not going to forget South Africa but thought it must be interesting to do something from other parts of Africa.

Please can I once again have some idea's on what kind of food they eat.

I am really clueless. :mmm:
