I am eligable for an ancestral visa.

1. I want to open my own business in London. Am I allowed to?
2. After five years I plan to apply for perm residency, then two years for a passport. So after seven years, will I be a british citizen?

1) Yes, you can open a business with an ancestral visa

2) Yes, once you have gone through the qualifying period, you can apply for and obtain British citizenship.

I am not sure what business you wish to start, but I would advise you to try gain experience in the field you wish to start up in by working for someone else. Many businessmen have come over here and opened up a business straight away, but then gone through a learning curve that has cost them money.
