We know Joan throws away the instructions before

You can only transfer out players with the financial value, so one week it is advisable to plan a week in advance by selling a reserve/sub and bringing in a cheaper reserve/sub, so that you have the spare cash to get a better player the following week.

Your Management skills with your transfers and team formation are needed.
