The 3rd October has passed:
6 months with a starting aim of 2Kg per month Today is the first day ... 107.5kg here we go the weight target 93Kg final report back ... 86kg .. wifey asked me to stop because I had dropped to 85kg .. so I consciously put weight back on and I am now stabislising everything Thanks for getting me on track with the help of this thread at the start. Mission more than accomplished :thumbs: quack :donald: :woof:
