Help cctrust.dll

A number of programmes wont run because apparently the cctrust.dll cannot be found, I was cleaning up my computer and may have removed it in error. Any advice would be appreciated.

Have you completely removed it or has it just been quarantined ?

Is it a windoze .dll ? If so you should be able to get it from your windoze cd. Have you tried old faithfull (Google) ?
