The Greek title "Christ" is the translation of the Hebrew word Messiah, which in English becomes "The Anointed". Anointed with what but the 'holy oil'?

:thx: for your reply, i was reading the above article the other day and thought it might be an interesting topic - drugs seem to be taboo, but as evidence shows that it was used in those days - i am not that surprised that drugs were used - as they were used for medicinal purposes other than recreational.
