This is a long shot but worth a try.
Does anybody know of any decent Automotive recruitment agencies in the London area?
I am not looking for technical work, but rather accounts/finance work for an automotive company.
Thanks.

I know of a couple .................
"Mai Day Automotive Recruitment" based in Harlesden, and
"Motor Trade Select" based in Richmond/Sheen.
Also, look for vacancies on "www.monster.co.uk"
Press - do a job search and select London and Home Counties, then in the next box selct what types of vacany you want.
Maiday = "www.maidayrecruit.co.uk"
Press
Motor Trade Selction = "www.motortradeselect.co.uk"

Hope these help Ed, all the best

Hello Mr. Monsta,
Don't know what kind of accounting systems knowledge you got ie. Kerridge etc. Have a search on
http://www.reed.co.uk using Kerridge or something similar as criteria. There is loads of accounting jobs at motor dealers etc. And they have good benefits as well.
Good luck!!

typical questions you can expect at an interview
"where is the oil filter found on a kerridge system?"
and "how do you get rid of the grease under the nails before cooking dinner..."
seriously tho, good luck
If that were the case, I'd never get the job... :haha: I may as well give up now.... :haha:
