#1
Does anyone currently use something like this?? Is it worthwhile?? Do you have special software?

Any info would be great!

When we were on dialup, we used it ... I think it came with our scanner software.

Otherwise nowadays we use the scanner and email the required documents to their email address Smile

I had a look now at my scanner software, and I don't seem to have it.. Granted, my scanner fell off the Arc...many many moons ago! :duh:

I stand to be correct but I think its something to do with having a broadband modem that it might not be able to receive or send faxes.

I won't know yet, but I don't have that BT braodband modem thing anymore. I am on a ADSL router 'coz I have a wireless system...

I should actually check it out to see if I'll be able to send/receive faxes.

Thanx for the info.....

I use e-fax messenger.

It is free to rx faxes on and you get a "free number" wherever you want it.

To send will cost you but not so much.

Great tool for those still into faxing - like in deep Africa
