Smacking
#1
Amazingly (considering the government's obsession with banning it) this website has a sizeable majority in favour of being allowed to smack their children.

What are your views?

I believe that smacking is a very poor form of discipline but admit that there are times when that's what gets the message through to Danny that I'm not pleased with his behaviour. However, I always feel like I've failed in some way when I have resorted to smacking him & it's usually when I've lost my temper - not good. Sad

And smacking is banned in Denmark....

One rule needs to be observed, never ever smack when you are angry.

But yes, in its place it should be there to be used as the ultimate punishment.
