We have been invited up to The Witchery for a lunch in a months time. I've had a look at their sample menu on the net (after fainting over the prices
).
Has anyone been there? Or can anyone tell me if it is as good as its been made out to be?

It has 2 AA Rosettes.. which is reflected in their pricing.
I'd love to see what you think of the place. Do so research on the food terms and see it it matches up to what is on offer.
You have my details so drop a line if you feel the need

The essence of the menu is French..
The 'Steamed Pithiviers' intrigue me - as pithiviers are normally baked.. hence my suggestion to brush up on your terms to 'know' what is expected vs what is offered and/ or presented. Especially at prices that are in that region..
Mixed reviews so far on the net and forum boards so can't help you there.
