Top 100 list
#1
I have an idea. Everyone puts their top 10 songs on this post in order of preference, if you have one, and then I'll collate them into a top 100 (if we have that many) in a couple of weeks time. To get the ball rolling here's my top 10:

10) Enter Sandman - Metallica
9) Paradise by the Dashboard Light - Meatloaf
8) Song #2 - Blur
7) Poison - Alice Cooper
6) Brothers in Arms - Dire Straights
5) Shine on you crazy diamond - Pink Floyd
4) Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
3) Bat out of Hell - Meatloaf
2) Annies Song - John Denver
1) Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin

If you can't think of 10 then 5, or 3, or whatever will do.

This is going to be difficult narrowing at least 1000 songs down to only 10 :bigcry:

So far I've seen some fab songs on other people's lists! A top 20 would've been easier as my choice pretty much depends on my mood but I've tried to narrow it down. Here's my top 10, in no particular order:

1. Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
2. Bed of Roses - Bon Jovi
3. Everybody Hurts - R.E.M.
4. California Dreaming - Mamas & Papas
5. Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin
6. Hey You - Pink Floyd
7. Nothing Compares To You - Sinnead O'Connor
8. Animal - Def Leppard
9. Sweet Child O' Mine - Guns & Roses
10. Parissiene Walkways - Gary Moore

When I started this thread I thought it'd be easy to put together a list of 10 favourites, but was I wrong!

I sat there with a list of 20 and had to either change the thread or narrow it down. Shocker.

Nice collection so far, although Jan seems to believe that everyone sang the song anything.... Big Grin
