They're busy playing Bily Joel on the radio and I cannot fathom how I could forget two of his classic songs, viz. Piano Man and Pressure Sad

I set out a year ago to get a list of my fave 100 songs, and get them downloaded. Not an easy task. I have about 500 on my list now, so I have changed it to 1000 of my ultimate fave songs.

Seeing other ppls lists, you find there are songs you LOVED, but forgot about. :haha: Was chatting to someone last nite and he pointed out a few that I had forgot about.

ok, well my list of 10

More than a feeling ..... Boston
Orinaco Flow ...... Enya

well, jonahaka, you're gonna have a fine time sorting this mess into 100 Big Grin
(one song per group else the top 10 would all be Ramones!)

Here's my 10 (but they will change daily)
Ramones - Blitzkrieg Bop
Slade - How does it feel
Bob Marley - No Woman no Cry (live)
Simon & Garfunkel - Bridge over troubled water
The Clash - Police and thieves
The Jam - Town called malice
Linton Kwesi Johnson - Sonny's lettah
The Undertones - Teenage Kicks
Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody
Stiff little fingers - Doesn't make it alright

...is that 10 already - I haven't got started yet LOL!

Indeed. Due to the number of "anything by" and "everything by" and "all by" ones that have appeared I may just leave this as a living thread for people to add to. Besides, not many duplicates have appeared.... makes the job a lot harder. Sad

Oh well, c'est la vie.

You asked a specific question, so look at specific answers....I notice there are a lot of artist who have been mentioned by most of the people who responded....

Maybe if you compile a list of the 5 biggest songs for some of them (a poll?) you can work it out from there...?

There are so many great songs.
Another one of my all time favourites is
Kiss you all over by Exile.
Also love anything by Supertramp & Fleetwood Mac
