i have to do rate of 113 beats per minute (bpm), 3 - 5 times per week. i thin my heart rate goes higher than this as i am not very fit - but it goes down very quickly
last time i went
i ran for 25 mins
then cycled for 15 mins
then stepper for 10
380 calories i burned - not fab but not bad
