I have been slack in the gym as I am not feeling my old self. I have been on Tuesday and managed to run 45 minutes without stopping, but with a lot of effort. Runny nose and splitting headache while running is NOT fun! :haha:
So tonight I am going again, hopefully it will be a bit better this time. :thumbs:
Okay breakfast was toast and cheese, tea 2 sugars.
snack was an Alpen Bar Apple and Blackberry with yoghurt flavour
water.
12:00 a run, then lunch cup a soup a roll and a breakaway choclate bar.
snack is a peach and more water.
:eek: first run this week have been very slack...
