I just had a think about what I ate yesterday and it made me cringe!!!
Breakfast: Crunchy nut cornflakes.
Snack: Kit Kat and a small packet of crisps.
Lunch: Jacket potato with chicken mayo on
Dinner: Pasta with vegetables and chicken
Afte dinner we were still hungry so we finished of a large bag of Thai Sweet Chilli crisps.
Ohhh and my fruit for the day - a glass of cranberry juice with dinner.
I'm absolutely ashamed!!!
