morning all

i have been trying to catch a glimpse of david beckham - as he is down the roadt signing books - millions of fans there tho and i dotn fancy a book on coaching so i aint queueing ! LOL

i had roast chickena dn veg vor supper last nigth
followed by a pork pie (mini) and a packet of nik naks (the uk type)

brekkie - same yoghurt blueberries
salad for lunch
pasta for supper

no gym last night !

Morning all,

Not having a good day at all :bigcry:

I am feeling under the weather, so did not go to the gym last night. Will try to go tonight. I had a hot choc and 2 rusks for dinner. Was not very hungry.

I had the usual for brekkie
For lunch today I have couscous with butternut, peppers, tomatoes and butterbeans. Can't wait, it looks delicious
For dinner I will have some fruit followed by yoghurt
Snacks today are raisins and an apple
