#1
ok

i rem'ber seeing a thread about atkins and those on it
i dont agree with the diet
but anyhow - about bread
i love bread but lately (or maybe i have just realised) it has been causing me stomach trouble
instantly i can feel it - bloating, wind, aches
i am wondering whether i am wheat intolerate
i have been cutting out weetebix in the morning (having a yoghurt and bananas instead) and having a potato for lunch (at work) rather than sarnie
i have felt the difference
anyone else like this?

(bearing in mind i have just eaten 6 custard creams today ! Sad [rhaps todays readson for sore tum!)

hi there

yes i rem'ber IBS and wondering whether i have a touch of this
i havent had any bread for a few days and feel better stomach wise
(altho i cannot keep off these biscuits at work ! LOL)

i have brought a salad into work today
so i shall see after a few days if that is the culprit
i perhaps need to visit the doc to see whether he thinks might be IBS Smile

Jewels, my friend has the same problem and it is the yeast in the bread that gives her a bad, sore tummy. As soon as she eats anything with yeast her tummy bloats and pains etc.

Try eating a yeast free bread and see if it does the same.
