I collect literature on mythical creatures, but not figurines (I move too frequently and these things break).
What type do you collect? Ceramic or wire/fabric/feather combinations?

I know about you collecting fairies, Jan & am glad to have got you into this conversation! :haha: I didn't know you collected trolls too. You don't see many of them about.

I collect all kinds of things to do with fairies. I have pictures, suncatchers, windchimes, crystals, books & figurines. My lounge is full of fairy goodies! I'm very fortunate that there is a specialist fairy shop quite close to me. Sadly, most of their stock is very expensive but going in there is like walking into a magical world.

My mom also collects Angels. There are some really beautiful ones around. Do you just collect figurines? Or like me with fairies, anything to do with them?

:wings: we have loads of fairies and fairy stories here in the isle of man. we have a bridge here that folklore says when you go over the bridge you need to greet the fairies or bad luck befalls you.
You can also get fairy bridge tea here and fairies in bottles. If you stop at the fairy bridge you can leave notes on the trees overhaning the bridge. ( and there are loads of notes pegged to the trees).
Quite quaint really.

That sounds enchanting, southeaster! There are many websites that offer advice on how to contact fairies, including what type of plants are more likely to attract them into your garden.

All depends on which part of Norway you visit... I have my eye on a certain troll but at around £1 000 it is out of my league...
Only creatures I don't really like are pixies...
