Jeremy Mansfield is on in the early mornings.
Alex Jay (ex dj on 5fm) is now on in the afternoons.
I also think Mark Pilgrim (ex 5fm too) has recently moved to Highveld.
Don't know if any of you remember/know the above dj's.

Jeremy is brilliant and used to be on Capital Radio too, I think it was also the morning show back then...

The name Mark Pilgrim sounds familiar, though I can't recall from what radio station... I know it wasn't 5 as I never listened to them...

i used to drive into work listening to them !
i listen to rsg aswell but tried to listen to eastcoast radio but they are usually full of strooi
Sorry to hi-jack this thread - but am an old Capital Radio fan from my days in Umtata - can anybody tell me what happened to Barry Lambert? - I heard he joined SABC TV after leaving Capital, but then nothing??
