My guests are gone and they have like this pudding very much.....
It is very easy to make and is really yummy..... that is if you have a sweet tooth like I have. Come on.... give it a try. Just remember to stir it all with a wooden spoon after you have added the eggs and other stuff... lol.
Please don't tell Cheffie, but I made it with plain flour....

what is the difference between plain and 00 flour?
bread and cake flour? (I'm SA based and that's just about it for baking finer things)
