I want to make meatballs in a red wine sauce. The recipe said to use good red wine.... what red wine do you suggest?

Dankie hoor.

:blom:
A full-bodied, well aged, good red wine: Cab Sav/ Shiraz/ Merlot For the drinking Floyd style.. Wink

A decent bottle of wine for cooking.. a younger version of the above
Big Grin

Bordeaux, Burgundy and Rioja might please too
