No, I do it the blond way. I try to run 5km as fast as I can. I have to say I am a bit slow, but it is under 30 min. To ashamed to say :haha:

Jewels, I do not push myself to hard. When I run, I always try to work up a sweat and the last ten minutes I make sure that I am out of breath.
