Morning All

Hopefully I'm back in the swing of things.......Monday was in London, Tues in Doncaster and today finally back in the office (for the last time)

From tomorrow I will be based at home.....so you may hear more from me Big Grin ....well until I go and park off on Toks' beach!!

With all the travelling, I haven't been eating all that healthily.....eating out a lot and also skipping meals.

Went to Sports Cafe on Sun for lunch and to Nando's for dinner!! :o

Only a muffin and a smoothie all day on Mondya...too busy.

The yesterday, only had brekkie....no lunch!! Sad

im out of breath after 5 mins !!! hehehehe so i must be doing well

i did go thte gym - i burned off 455 calories the machines told me
20 mins run
15 min cycle
10 mins stepper

was shattered when i had finished

then i had quiche and salad and a handful of choc covered raisins ! Big Grin

Breakfast: Toast strawberry jam and tea old chap..
Snack: 4 Digestive biscuits, coffee.
2 glasses water so far
Lunch: sandwich of sorts, cup of soup, more water..after my daily run of courseBig Grin

Good morning all!

I went to the gym last night. Had a bit of tummy pain, so wasn't in the mood, but pushed myself.
Ran my 5km in 26 min
15 min of cycling
10 min of stepper
300 situps
I was shattered as well Jewels and went straight home for a long soak and yoghurt and raisins for dinner.

Today's menu

Breakfast
Oats with raisins (I see a pattern here Wink )
Warm water with lemon
500ml water

Snack
Peach
More water

Lunch
Roasted aubergine salad
Decaf coffee

Snack
Raisins
More water

Dinner
3 Ouma wholemeal rusks with rooibostee
