Oats with water and raisins, glass of warm water with lemon, loads of water
Snack
Peach, more water
Lunch
Aubergine and cottage cheese salad with Holland and Barrett's salad sprinkle, yum, more water
Snack
Apple and raisins
Dinner
I have my usual body pump class tonight, so I'll see what I feel like when I get home
