Dolla

Morning all!

How was your weekends?

I had a lovely one and spent a lot of money  Retail therapy so good for the soul!

I was actually very good this weekend. Friday night ran my first 10km, in an hour. Veeerrry slow, but at least I made a start. Saturday back to the gym (after my shopping trip in Oxford street), now that has to be admired. Ran 50 min, don't know how many km. Should stop looking at the distance, as just am trying to improve my endurance. Now I find myself running full speed to make up the km :haha:

Yesterday I took a rest as I will be hitting the gym again tonight. Had some lovely roasted butternut and sausages for lunch yesterday and had my mum's beskuit for dinner. Lovely :cheeky:

Dolla very good start 10km/hr...
To start don't concentrate on the distance but the time you spent running...distance running is all about time on your feet...Wink

Spent a very wet day on the side of the rugby pitch yesterday...and then home to lovely home made soup and french loaf...Smile

Toast this morning (no beans) and tea 2 sugars.
water for morning tea, no snack left it at home..Sad
Hoping to go for a run at 12:00...
Lunch will think about that on my run..:haha:
