Good morning people!
Last nights session at the gym really went good and I felt wonderful this morning.
Here is my menu for today:
Brekkie - oats with water, decaff skinny latte, water
Snacks - plums and orange
Lunch - Warm salad with green lentils and boiled eggs
Dinner - I did not have the liver last night, only had a mango, so I will help myself to the liver tonight!
Off to the gym again tonight for a long running session.

well, the new work is RIGHT near the gym - i drive past ! LOL
i am a creature of habit and nothing has change eating ways - maybe a bit more thorntons chocs and toffees which im loving at the moment
im eating a lovely salad now - boiled eggs, seeds, pint nuts, turky and avocado
got a ppppppppppenguin for afters
must gym tonight !

Jewels, nice to see you again! I am trying to convince myself to go to the gym as well tonight. It is so hard though going two nights in a row. Maybe I will leave it until the weekend!
Well hello there....TGIF!!!
I did not go to the gym tonight (what is new) so I will just have to make up for it tonight. I am alone the whole weekend, so a bottle (mini) of bubbly will await me after the gym with my bubble bath and Dido :haha:

i ate far too much at the weekend
out friday night and take out sat'day night
even pastries for lunhc ! :eek:
