Me too Dolla....started the day with warm water and lemon.....I bought the nettle tea that DrGillian recomends. Have you tried it?

It smells absolutely discusting...but tastes ok....so if you can drink without breathing in then you fine :haha:
ok i had ham and tomato salad for lunch
but then ate a packet of chrisps
and now i want a foxes cream.......
