I read this yesterday and started drooling....so when in my local SA friendly butcher, I bought tennis biscuits and peppermint crisps. Went to the supermarket and bought two tins of condensed milk and cream.
Spent the afternoon in the kitchen boiling in tins
Then assembled the BIGGEST peppermint crisp tart I have ever seen,
2 tins caramel
2 packets of tennis biscuits
2 peppermint crisps and 1,5 liters of cream............nou is ek dik gevreet.
