i love the spicy yet sweet mince in this

Bunny chow is made with a good hot durban curry, typically a mutton curry, in a hollowed-out portion of a loaf of bread.
Mince is a very poor substitute to be used only when a curry isn't available. (or never, in my opinion - otherwise it is just another vetkoek and mince.
