I am sorry to say but you'll have to get a pop-up killer Sad

If you do get one, make sure that it's one where you can allow certain pop-ups as otherwise you won't be able to join chat...

Which one do you recomend as I have no clue and get highly irritated if the thing is too non user friendly.

I continually get pop ups popping up and find it extremely irritating - how do I get rid of them please (in Laymans Terms)

Try using Opera as your Browser. The free version which has a very discreet advert in the top right corner is no trouble at all. It also allows you to set your preferences regarding "Pop Ups". I have never had a problem since I started using "Opera". For the latest version you can download it from their website at the following link http://www.opera.com/download/.

There are two versions, one with Java and one without. The choice is yours. The latest version is Opera V7.23.

If you decide to use it I hope you like it and can stick with it.

Good luck.
