As Aarbei says make sure you register with .co.uk and receive 6mb (.com is only 4 mb)
I NEVER had any spam - not one ! (with 3 accounts running)

Postmaster.co.uk is excellent with no spam whatsoever and care2.com is also very good.. I use both trouble-free
