Joan, on the surface it looks good, but is it sustainable in the long term? I am also concerned about the add ons that are required.

Besides that, there is an 18 month contract, so if you have bad service you are stuck. I have just joined freedom to surf, I was with aoHELL. Not having all the twak that is resource hungry has made so much difference.
