A nice little tool for Win XP - Jangar - 18-09-2006
I got this link for an Image resizer for Win XP from a magazine my dad has and find it very useful.
After installing it, you can right click on the file name in explorer and there is an option to resize it in various sizes in the drop down menu.
It looks like there may be some other handy things on the page too.
