Help with secure sites - oe-la-la - 22-05-2007

Since the weekend we can just not access any secure site, everything else is working fine, but the minute it leads to any personal details to be filled in it just says page cannot be displayed.

In some forums they mention about port 443 that might be closed by Norton, but where the heck do you unblock it?? We didnt install anything new, or changed any settings either....

Please any advise will be helpful as I am :wall:

:thx:

If you have changed nothing recently then it's possible you have had an attack of some kind.
Run an anti-virus check.
Delete your temporary internet files
Delete your cookies
try start/run sfc /scannow

If you are using Internet Explorer, try Firefox, or vice-versa.

let us know how you get on...
