well GBSA has certainly gone through many changes over the years
when we started 5 years ago it was under the flight of ThePhoenix and then we went towards a structure consisting of some 14 contributors
along the way the site was still not moving in the right direction
and then in August 2007 GBSA went towards the horizons always planned
it didn't help that at the time another 5 to 8 other portals
Travel and Accommodation Information
Food and Restaurant Information
Running Information and Training Advice
Golf Information
Business and Commerce Information
Technology and Internet Information
Global News and Information
Education and Learning
News and Data Publishing
were being developed in the same manner so it left GBSA to go along with all the other projects' development
along the way came an advertiser who's links we attached to the site, this didn't help us long-term as it punished our Google rankings
now in 2009 there will be big changes coming and we shall be reverting back to GBSA.com base with a new design .. all of this planned before the end March when we boot up into the new things
so here's to 2009 and the next exciting 5 years
