Veeerrry slow, but at least I made a start. Saturday back to the gym (after my shopping trip in Oxford street), now that has to be admired. Ran 50 min, don't know how many km. Should stop looking at the distance, as just am trying to improve my endurance. Now I find myself running full speed to make up the km :haha: Yesterday I took a rest as I will be hitting the gym again tonight. Had some lovely roasted butternut and sausages for lunch yesterday and had my mum's beskuit for dinner. Spent a very wet day on the side of the rugby pitch yesterday...and then home to lovely home made soup and french loaf... Toast this morning (no beans) and tea 2 sugars. water for morning tea, no snack left it at home.. Hoping to go for a run at 12:00... Lunch will think about that on my run..:haha: |
