i do think exeercise is the key but in moderation, like food intake

So how is the unfit guy going? Getting a bit fitter? :p

I have been so scarce, but have been really good. Have upped my exercise to 4 times a week (5 times last week). This week have not been yet as we have been seriously house hunting.
I am off tonight for my regulare bodypump Wink

Eating wise, have been very good lately, I am very proud of myself :patmyselfonthebacksmiley:

the good thing is my archilles has not troubled me again...so now I can step up my speed and distance a little..as for the unfit part you are 100% correct but I managed 96 steps today in under 2.5 mins.. :p oops sorry that is 110 steps..can't count.. :duh:
