Anybody got a lekker belgian or just an ordinary waffle recipe??

As u can notice my son has taken a huge liking to them, i have a waffle maker but no recipe came with it....Rolleyes he had them and pancakes every morning on holiday - lekker hey??

i got this one...but dry yeast...jsut when i do not have it in the kitchen...Rolleyes will look thru the other site....:thumbs:

instead of sea salt..can i use normal table salt..and use self-raising flour??

Cubbie.... jy kan mos Afrikaans lees Smile

2 koppies meel
3 teelepels bakpoeier
1 1/2 koppie melk
1/2 teelepel sout
3 eiers
5 Eetlepels gesmelte botter

* Meng en sif droe bestanddele.

* Skei die eiers, en klits eiergele goed en meng met melk en gesmelte botter

* Maak droe bestanddele aan met melk/eier mengsel.

* Klits eierwit en vou in.

Dankie pronks...ek kan dit verstaan...kan ek ook "self-raising" flour gebruik....ek gebruik dit met alles plus bakpoeier....Smile want ek koop net self-raising meel....

dink nie so nie, self raising flour moet nie nog bakpoeier bykry nie, anders sal daar te veel "lug" in die mengsel wees.......
