Jillibeans made us a Bunny Chow last nite at home, and it was sooooo Good, now I am sommer lus for some Samoosas too!!!

Jim, if memory serves me correctly you can make Samoosas from the same pastry as you would make spring rolls. I have seen it being done on TV. If you have an oriental food shop or some super markets sell the pastry.

I use the bbc receipes regularly and they are normally pretty good. I have not actually used these particular ones before.

I used to make mine with simple Strudelteig. But it in almost any supermarket in the fridges where the yeast is kept. But every Asiamarkt will have spring roll pastry you can use.
