Demolitia mentioned Highveld.
http://www.highveld.co.za It's a Johannesburg based radio station. Jeremy Mansfield is on in the early mornings. Alex Jay (ex dj on 5fm) is now on in the afternoons. I also think Mark Pilgrim (ex 5fm too) has recently moved to Highveld. Don't know if any of you remember/know the above dj's.

Sorry to hi-jack this thread - but am an old Capital Radio fan from my days in Umtata - can anybody tell me what happened to Barry Lambert? - I heard he joined SABC TV after leaving Capital, but then nothing??
