Right Sat was rugby so drank way to many beers and ate far to many wors rolls, kebabs, ice cream.
To clear the head on Sunday went for an hours run along the beach...
Sunday lunch was roast chicken potatoe veggies and puds was some sort of steam pudding ( I call it goo) with cream.
Dinner very light...all fruit salad...and ice cream..
Toast this morning..yes beans and hp...:haha:
Lunch ham and coleslaw bagget packet of thai chilli crisps..
oh yes after my normal 40 min lunch time run..:thumbs:
