hehee i sent rick for the shop last night - what a nightmare!
all the wrong stuff - my salad today had weird leaves, im sure they were weeds ! :haha:

last night at the meal i had
one glass white wine
rest sparkle water
octopus in weird chili sauce
then butterfish

for the price, it wasnt hat good !

today - healthy so far
snacks tho 2 penquins !!!!!
