To create a rule with 2003 Norton products, please follow these steps:
Open your Norton software.
Click 'Options,' and select 'Web Content.'
Select 'Add Site,' and enter gmail.google.com.
Click the 'User Settings' tab, and uncheck 'Use Ad Blocking settings.'
Select 'Permit.'
To create a rule with 2004 Norton product, please follow these steps:
Open your Norton software.
Highlight 'Ad Blocking,' and select 'Configure.'
Click 'Advanced,' then 'Web Contents,' and select 'Add Site.'
Enter gmail.google.com.
Click the 'User Settings' tab, and uncheck 'Use Ad Blocking settings.'
Select 'Permit.'
Close Norton and any open browser windows. Next, clear your browser's cache. To clear your cache in Internet Explorer, please follow these steps:
Click the 'Tools' menu at the top of your browser, and select 'Internet Options.'
Click the 'General' tab at the top of the dialog box.
Click 'Delete Files' under 'Temporary Internet files.'
Select 'Delete all offline content' by checking the box.
Click 'OK.'
