I made my first batch of Elderflower Cordial for this season from a BBC recipe. I made it for the first time last year, and do want to make enough this year to put in the freezer. It is such a refreshing, yummy drink when it is served with ice cold sparkling water and lemon. Smile

If anyone has a tried and tested recipe, would you please share it with us.
