Hi Pav, I did not explain myself very well.
This is the facility of being able to use your PC sound card and a microphone to chat to someone in another country, but using the internet as a carrier.
The other person needs to be online at the same time, and needs to be running compatible software.
You can then ( using the chat facility under MS messenger for instance ) have a live audio link ( a little choppy and buggy, but is OK ) and talk to your hearts content. This at the cost of your local call to service provider, or if you are lucky and have a flat rate broadband, then the cost is covered in your monthly subs.
