Have hit the 2 and half stone loss. My mother 'kindly' sent me some photo's from when she was here and i'm in shock. I hate having my photo taken at the best of times - never mind the 'suprise' ones.
Have to say I look better and I can see the loss from the photo's.
Cheffie for that little snipe about Welsh Tourist - I'll have to hunt you down when we are passing through in a few weeks.:yikes: On second thoughts I don't think the sheep can handle London. Will stop in Horseham instead.
