the correct , committed-to , long-term diet is super-paramount in containing the ever-expanding spare tire , for any one who sits around all day ( like yourz truly : in the office , at the restaurants , at home , in the car ...U name it! ), see ?
Likewise, thanks to knee ops I have had to resort to the same boring exercises, and I do struggle to maintain them. I have always enjoyed a team sport and cannot any longer. Oh well, the ravages of time eh!!
