I need to loose at least 5 kg's and it is just getting more and more difficult. I turned 30 in 2004 and it is realy true that the old body changes a lot after that, not just weight but also the shape of my body - there is a definite difference between adult clothes and teenage clothes and I think I should accept that my days of wearing board shorts are over now. Geesh - I do sound like a real granny now!
So my goals are to loose that 5 kg's but also to cycle more and then I want to start running after April to train for the Sani Pass 21km race in November.
